Convenient service and information options
Claim-tracking status alerts, with email or text message option. Just like UPS and Amazon providing status alerts about package deliveries, we offer status alerts that provide real-time updates on claims from start to finish. Our alert service sends email or text status notifications, depending upon the customer’s preference. Status notifications categories include: claim received, adjuster assigned, appraiser assigned, payment status and claim completed.
Customers can register for status alerts when reporting a claim on our website or by contacting our Customer Contact Center by phone.

Easy access to Auto insurance ID cards.
Policyholders can get another copy of their Auto insurance ID card several ways:
- Speak to a Customer Contact Center representative to order a copy by email or fax
- Call our Customer Contact Center and respond to an automated voice prompt to order a card
- View and print the card online by logging in to our Online Insurance Center or using our mobile app.
More self-service and personal-service options. Our Customer Contact Center representatives can provide information about policies and billing. Our phone system also offers automated voice prompts that handle information requests without the need to speak to a representative. This includes extensive policy and account information, with facts about the policy effective date, last payment, next payment, total premium, outstanding balance, payment plan and notice of cancellation. We also offer that same information on our website, and billing and other policy information on our mobile app.
Callers can also ask our phone representatives for assistance with premium payments by phone, or use the phone system’s automated prompts to enter checking account information to make a payment without requiring personal assistance.
Customers can report a claim by phone, on our website or using our mobile app.
We offer eSignature, to make it easier and faster for our customers to sign personal insurance documents.
eSignature makes signing personal insurance documents fast and easy.
Offering this option removes the burden and time delay of printing, signing and returning paper, and it saves trees.eSignature is another way we make our customers’ experience effortless and responsive. Applicants can complete and sign documents in minutes anywhere, any time. And, for our agents, eSignature saves them time and reduces paper costs.

Underground Utility Line option adds valuable home protection.
Our underground service line coverage helps our policyholders feel secure, knowing they are protected if a water or sewer pipe breaks outside their home.
Our Underground Utility Line option offers protection from certain expenses associated with water or sewer pipe breaks outside the home. When purchased with an existing Homeowners PennPac endorsement, policyholders gain substantial protection from the high costs that can be associated with repairs for the failure of an underground utility line caused by:
- Freezing
- Wear and tear
- Collapse (but not including earth movement, sinkhole, landslide or any other naturally occurring earth movement)
- Deterioration
- Trees, plants and shrubs including their roots
- Digging, burrowing or excavating
- Animals
This endorsement provides protection for items including exterior underground conduits, tubes, piping, wiring or cables that provide services to the residence, including:
- Electrical, Television, Internet, or Telephone services
- Heating, Water
- Disposal of waste, drainage
Commercial Lines Telematics
Support for business insurance customers’ investments in telematics. We can offer financial support for select business insurance customers’ investments in telematics, through our Safety Grant program. The application of telematics can enhance on-the-job safety and commercial auto fleet safety.

Our Pay As You Go option aligns Workers’ Compensation premium with fluctuating coverage needs
Since Workers' Compensation premium is based mainly on payroll, which fluctuates during a policy term, our automated Workers' Compensation billing option aligns premium with coverage needs, offering the following benefits:
